ORQUESTA SINFÓNICA BINACIONAL COLOMBIA – VENEZUELA (OSBCV) Fundada el 11 de abril de 2019 por el Mtro. Eduardo Ortiz-Vitriago, bajo la constancia y perseverancia, la OSBCV ha cumplido con exitosos conciertos interpretando increíbles repertorios clásicos y latinoamericanos, integrada por músicos profesionales y estudiantes de gran nivel artístico, cuyo nombre no solo es un ícono que representa la integración binacional, sino también, el ímpetu de la juventud y la experiencia que posee cada músico, al poder tocar ante el exigente público en distintos escenarios de la ciudad capitalina.
La Sinfónica Binacional se orienta en promover las culturas de paz, optimizándose en la relación cultural entre Colombia y Venezuela, promoviendo el intercambio de conocimiento y el despliegue de sus potencialidades, aportando a mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros artistas, la inclusión e integración social en el ámbito local, nacional, regional e internacional, impulsando el desarrollo artístico y la música de alto nivel, con una fuerte vocación de servicio al bien común.
En marco del Programa Sonidos para la Construcción de Paz del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes, la Sinfónica Binacional es miembro de la RED NACIONAL SINFÓNICA, reconociéndose ante el estado como Orquesta Profesional.
